Verbal abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse, cyber bullying, sexual harassment are all different forms of harassment that can happen in the workplace Such situations can violate a person’s dignity or create an unfavourable work environment for him/her which poses a risk to a person’s safety and health. There are also many instances when lines are grey and you wonder if you are a victim of harassment.

DEVELOPING YOUR CAREER RESILIENCE FROM THE GET-GO

Your Traineeship may seem like a short-term stint or can it lead to something more? Learn how you can leverage your traineeship experience to start a professional career and the  different strategies to lifelong career management!
 

(Note: This workshop is open to local 2019/2020 fresh graduates who are currently emplyed as trainees



Workshop Objectives: 

  •  In this programme, participants will be introduced to the knowledge, skills and the desired mindset to actively design their careers.

  • Increase self-awareness and self-management skills with regard to career development via deeper discovery of self and story, set within today's economic climate

  • Participants will be provided with the practical tools and handles for steps they can undertake, to take charge of their traineeship journey



Workshop Outline: 

  • Pre-workshop survey: Self assessment on career management competencies

  • Defining Career Resilience and why it matters in today's context

  • Discover the key competencies for lifelong career management
