Sales Executive (1-year, renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To grow the NTUC Union membership base at roadshows and events

  • To provide first-hand knowledge about NTUC Membership benefits to potential applicants

  • To identify applicants’ needs & recommend suitable benefits to meet the needs

  • To respond to members’ enquiries and needs, with prompt action and excellent service


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent

  • Outgoing and sales-driven personalities is what you need to succeed for this role.

  • Proven track record in outdoor sales will be an advantage

  • Thrive on interacting with people and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independent, self-motivated and highly disciplined

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft office

  • Able and willing to work on all weekends and public holidays (6 days work week)

  • Able and willing to travel island-wide to assigned roadshow venues and events

  • Able to work shift hours (earliest start at 10am, latest end at 10pm)


Remuneration: Basic Salary + Commission
