SGUnited Traineeships

SGUnited Traineeships Programme serves to equip recent graduates or those who are graduating in 2020 from ITE, polytechnics, universities and other educational institutions, with relevant work experience, to boost their employability amid weaker hiring climate.

The programme, with a duration up to 12 months, will provide fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities across various sectors, including government R&D institutes, deep-tech start-ups, accelerators and incubators. 

From 1st June 2020 onwards, eligible jobseekers who are keen to apply for SGUnited Traineeships can visit MyCareersfuture.sg and search for traineeship opportunities under the hashtag #SGUnitedTraineeships. Prior that, fresh graduates are encouraged to register an account on MyCareersFuture.sg to receive latest updates on SGUnitedTraineeships Programme and explore job opportunities.

NTUC Job Security Council (JSC) is an initiative of the National Trades Union Congress, to establish an ecosystem with a network of receiving and releasing companies that is built on trust. 

NTUC’s e2i (Employment and Employability Institute) is the ecosystem manager, to gather information on job vacancies and jobs that are phasing out in advance and move upstream to provide help to companies and workers. JSC provide transition support to at-risk or displaced workers with career coaching, skills evaluation, access to training, job-search assistance and job-matching services to improve their employment prospects and match them into new jobs.
