Talent Acquisition Related - 80%
1) Assist with the A-Z for regional recruitment of all roles:
Participate in interview and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Database, internal systems and P files management
Updating of organisation charts
Other adhoc related duties
2) Participate and work on HR related projects L&D Related - 20%
Assist with L&D onboarding program
Coordinate internal staff activities
Participate in L&D projects
High initiative, self-driven and a good team player
Adaptable and flexible in responding to changes
Process oriented, detailed and meticulous
Good English & Mandarin - verbal and written proficiency
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Basic salary S$1,200/month
Upon approval of SG Traineeship application, it will be adjusted according to the following range:
$1800-$2500 (University grad)
$1300-$1800 (Undergraduates & Poly students)
Working location - 15A Tai Seng Drive(currently to work from home till further notice)
HR intern will be given the opportunity to attend any internal training arranged that is related to the role and attend in-house activities
