With mobile, he have led the launch of 4G with new subscription price plans in Singapore while this skill set brought me to Optus Australia to do the same. Before joining Wantedly, Andrew co-founded a Social Enterprise, The Shiok Collective, served as Head of Southeast Asia at BeMyGuest, and was Investment Director at One Belt One Road Venture Capital. Having accumulated international experience in his entrepreneurial journey, Andrew gives back by mentoring startups and speaks at conferences in the region.
Andrew is also the Immediate Past President of the University At Buffalo (UB) Alumni Singapore Chapter and now sits on the Board of Directors for UB Alumni Association which has over 200,000 members globally.
As a lifelong die-hard Liverpool FC (LFC) fan, Andrew harbours a secret ambition to be the Manager of LFC one day, on top of his aspiration to be a Social VC / Impact Investor to further his passion of helping people by building ecosystems.

Lavanya builds Asia’s deep tech ecosystem by interfacing across Business Development & Legal functions in PBA Group, a robotics technology enabler. She is currently seconded from PBA to run RACE Robotics as an independent not-for-profit training academy dedicated to the region’s need for agile and entrepreneurial technology talents. Lavanya also manages Teddy Lloyd, the industry’s first career advisory platform, and mentors deep technology startups springing out of RACE’s ecosystem.
As a Law graduate from NUS, she served in crafting and executing the National Robotics Programme when in Enterprise Singapore. While seconded from ESG to PBA, Lavanya contributed across Legal, Business Development, Marketing and HR functions to anchor core robotics technologies in the region by building strategic partnerships with key industry players. She is now focused on scaling RACE’s impact further and deeper to groom and match talents for industry 4.0 careers in emerging industries as well as sectors being disrupted by automation.

Timothy has 8 years of industrial experience in oil and gas, and automation and instrumentation system. He has been in the chemical industry with different job functions such as process optimization engineer, business and product manager, and specialise in IOT, digital marketing, customer and data analytics, and simulation and techno-commercial tender negotiation. Timothy graduated with an honours degree in chemical engineering, and went on to pursue an MBA in Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Anthony is the founder for Blocs Inc. Pte Ltd, a specialty coffee centric ecosystem with roots as a café since 2012. The business today includes 3 areas of focus namely, F&B operation, Coffee Education and B2B2C solutions. Anthony is also the chief trainer for the coffee/ barista related training, as well as an authorised course provider for People’s Association. He has trained more than 1,000 students till date in coffee knowledge and brewing techniques. Professionally, Anthony has his own financial services practice where he leads a team of financial specialists focused on helping business owners in business succession planning.
